When you email us

This website has no submission form. Email links open your email application. If you send a message, we process your address, name and information you provide to handle your enquiry and discuss working together. Steps towards a contract at your request rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other business correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Providing information is not a statutory requirement, but we need contact details to respond. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention

We keep correspondence while handling the enquiry and afterwards only as needed to continue discussions or protect related legal claims. We delete it when that purpose no longer applies. Contract and accounting records are subject to applicable statutory retention requirements.

Website operation and language

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical data, such as IP address, request time and browser details, to deliver and secure it. This relies on the legitimate interest in a functional, secure website. We have not added traffic analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and visual assets are served by this website. Your language preference is stored in browser localStorage until changed or cleared.

Service providers

Vercel provides hosting; we receive email using Google Gmail. These services may process data outside the EEA. Their privacy notices explain processing and transfer mechanisms: Vercel and Google. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
